Admission Process

  1. Complete the online registration form
  2. Submit the non-refundable, non-adjustable registration fees AED 500/- online or in school.
  3. Contact the admission team: For assessment date, if you have registered for Year 3 to Year 10. (required, 1 year’s schools' report or a copy of last examination passed and a recommendation letter from the previous school)
  4. Meet and greet with a member of the leadership team.
  5. Meeting with the medical team to share medical information.
  6. Once the above five steps are completed, a student maybe offered a seat, placed on the wait list/offered to explore other GEMS schools or denied due to non-availability.
  7. When an offer of a seat in the school is extended, an admission fee of AED 2500 is needed to secure the seat, payable by cash or credit card.

Documents Required for Admission

At the time of admission, the following documents are required:

  1. 1 copy of Valid Residence Visa and Passport of the Student/s and both Parents.
  2. Original Emirates ID of Student and both Parents to scan in front of school official.
  3. Copy of Emirates ID of Student and Sponsor.
  4. 4 recent passport-size photographs of the Student.
  5. 1 copy of the Student's Birth Certificate.
  6. 1 copy of the Student's Vaccination Card.
  7. 1 copy of the original mark sheet/report of the previous year’s report or the last examination passed at the previous school.
  8. Original Transfer Certificate for transfer from other Emirate. (Duly attested by the educational authority concerned).
  9. In the case of overseas transfer, the Original Transfer Certificate should also be duly attested by:
    • District Ministry Education Officer of the concerned district.
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country from which migrating.
    • UAE Embassy in the country from which migrating. 
    • Consulate of the Concerned country in Dubai  (attestation is not required for UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe)
  10. Recommendation letter from the Supervisor/Principal of the previous school.
  11. Record of attendance of past one year from previous school.
  12. Medical documents in case of any medical needs like allergies, asthmas.
  13. Specialists reports in case of any Special Educational Needs.

Well at least it gives the best value for money. I’ve been to many schools which charged double the fees and weren’t half as good. I can’t imagine how good quality learning could happen with such a severe number of turnovers though.

the pupils are more civilized because I think because of its Jebal Ali location compared to my previous school. Bullies are present. Indian chemistry head would often be afraid of sharing her document resources with students because of fear that students will feed to other students. -hot girls-

Yeah, not a good school. From a perspective of a student who spent 8 years in Winchester (from Year 1 to Year 8 or from 2009-2017), I do not recommend going to this school, especially if you're thinking about enrolling your child in for high school. The teachers here are just lazy, there's no other ...more

I like this school,they gave all chances and oportunities to my daughter to improve and feel comfortable...most of the Teachers are careful..I do recommend it...also reasonable fees.
