Instructions for Parents for filling and submitting form

1. Fill the complete details in the registration form online and submit
2. Take a printout on A4 paper of the completed form. Paste recent photograph of the kid on the form
3. Submit the printed registration form alongwith photo copies of all documents required. 
4. Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- is to be paid ONLINE ONLY.
5. Parents have to submit these along with the attached Online Payment Receipt as per the schedule given above at the Springdales School, Pusa Road school counter.
