Admission Procedure and Important Dates

Admission Process
- Submit an online Enquiry or Registration Form available at the School reception. Parents will receive a confirmation email containing your Enquiry Number. Along with the completed form, submit the necessary documents including:
- 1 self-attested copy of both the child’s and parents’ Aadhar Card or Passport
- 1 self-attested copy of the child’s birth certificate
- 4 recent passport-sized photographs of the child (with a white background)
- 2 recent passport-sized photographs of the Parents (with a white background)
- COVID vaccination record.(Grade 9 upwards)
- Transfer certificate from the previous school
- 2 years’ of previous school reports (for Grade 2 and beyond)
- 1 self-attested vaccination record copy (for Grade 1 and Grade 2 applicants)
- A meeting will be scheduled with the Head-Admissions for a counselling session free of charge to understand the nuances of the school curriculum.
- Pay the registration fee. The application fee is INR 11,000 + transaction charges @ 1.5%. These charges are non-refundable.
- The School will contact you to schedule an interaction and/or an evaluation. Assessment tests for English and Mathematics are required for Grade 3 upwards.
- Bring your child at the scheduled time for the interaction and/or assessment test.
- Upon completion of the interaction and/or assessment test, the School will contact you if your child has been offered a seat. If the admission is granted, the Admission Office will issue an Admission Offer Letter along with a proforma fee invoice. You will receive a student ID number for further communication with the school.
- To confirm the seat, submit the duly signed Admission Acceptance Letter along with the Admission Fee and Refundable Security Deposit within 15 days of receiving the Admission Offer Letter.

- Nursery - 3 Years, max 4 years old
- Reception - 4 Years, max 5 years old
- Grade 1 - 5 Years onwards, max 6 years old
