In this case we have to get kids involved in academics at earlt stage and enrolling them to the right preschool will help them build in confidence and will coax their early childhood development, as the preschoool helps them in their socila development and also encourages them to be independdent. When the kids gow little older do not over protect them, allow them to make mistakes anddevelop resilience  and resourcefullness as it is very crucial for success, this is not easy but all we need to walk fine line between protecting our children and letting them tackle problems in order to help them learn from them.Assign them chores as they are beneficial for childhood development. Don't spend too much time prasing their innate qualities such as intelligence or looks as focsing more on the intelligence, can lead to underperformance. Instead offer praise that focuses on their efforts kids expend to overcome problems and challenges by demonstarting grit and persisitance.
